How this program takes root and flourishes will naturally vary according to the approach of the school district and community, and the Coordinator’s knowledge and experience. TIES essentially organizes a team drawn from resources already in place—home, school, community—to establish universal opportunity and thereby enrich the experience of all students as the chosen name states, Together Including Every Student.
